The Sabari Group is an institution co-founded by 2 friends, Mr. Surinder Sharma and Late Dr. V. Paramesh.
The legacy and brand is now being nurtured by Mr. Sharma, along with the next generation of the Sharma and Paramesh families.
In the early 90s Mr. Sharma & Dr. Paramesh realized that the city’s real estate industry held great potential. They also recognized that this vocation needed an empathetic and professional touch, where care & understanding is balanced with professionalism and dedication. This drive gave rise to the formation of The Sabari Group - a construction company with strong ethics and morals, a professional outlook, and also passionate about creating quality realty. On June 1st 1990, our first project began in Chembur.
Since then The Sabari Group, under the able leadership of Mr. Sharma, has successfully developed more than 20 projects in the suburb of Chembur, and also expanded operations to Pune and Bangalore.
Mr. Surinder Sharma : A multi-faceted industrialist engaged in business, social work, the textile industry and has been associated with realty for the last 20 years.
Late Dr. V. Parmesh : A highly respected and remembered person on the team. He was a PhD in Chemical Engineering, and was in the business of chemicals. Though no more, he is always guiding us in spirit.
Ms Preeti Rajesh : A graduate from Mumbai University and holds a Post graduate Diploma in Management. She oversees accounts and financial management, along with overall administration and human resource management of the group companies
Mr. Devang Sharma : lends his expertise in real estate construction, execution, procurement and liaising. He is an MBA from University of Strathclyde, Scotland
Mr. Rajesh Natarajan : heads marketing, business development and new project acquisition for the Company. He is a qualified Construction Engineer and Management graduate from Mumbai University, and has extensive experience in marketing, business development and relationship management.
Mr. Sreedhar Venkatraman : manages the Bengaluru (Bangalore) operations of The Sabari Group. He is an engineering graduate with rich experience in manufacturing, construction management & real estate development.
